System Overview
PlyBill is an integrated billing system consist of soft PBX Asterisk
and billing system for cisco gateway and quintum gateway with Radius
authentication. PlyBill combines a full features telecom platform and
softswitch services in one box.
PlyBill consists of the following major services:
Home Service
The Home Service solution is designed to offer PINLESS Prepaid and
Postpaid accounts to the customers. This is the duplicate of regular
Telecom Company.
Calling Cards
PlyBill supports standard calling cards with PIN or CID authentication.
The calling cards module includes IVR management with various
configuration that doest not exist in common calling card billing system.
Callback
PlyBill supports many type of callback methods including ANI, DID and web based call-backs. In addition to regular callback, PlyBill comes with WEB800
(Web-type Toll free number) and CALLME (see lazphone.com).
Broadband (residential VoIP service)
PlyBill supports softphone or hard phone call and be billed for calls made
via Voice over IP.
Callshop
PlyBill Web based Callshop Platform supports multi-level access and with
separate invoicing and billing. Each reseller can manage their account
call rates via web with real-time monitoring system. limited access to
the billing they need.
BridgeCall
Bridge call was developed on top of callshop to provide single connection
between multiple GSM providers in the countries where GSM providers does
not allow easy connection from one provider to the other. Bridgecall will
connect both providers by eliminating their local exchange.
Wholesale Termination over VoIP
PlyBill wholesales termination via quintum or cisco gateways can bill
large numbers of VoIP minutes from a number of sources such as resellers
and distributors of your services.
DID Termination and Redirection
PlyBill DID termination and redirection solution can redirect DID to
broadband client in the system or to PSTN destination anywhere in the
world. DID billing solution can be configure for monthly or any available
billing methods in the system
